Cerba Research is seeking a Global Head - IT (CLIMS) to lead a 50+ FTE global team across Belgium, the Netherlands and France, reporting to the CIO. You will govern the CTMS and LIMS portfolio, drive the IT transformation with candour, and ensure delivery meets business and client commitments while holding teams to account.
This senior role combines strategic leadership with hands-on governance, including offshore vendors, SDLC compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.
