Senior Technical Program Manager (EMR/Healthcare)

We are hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to own the customer-facing success of the Gen3 program. This is a senior, client-facing role centered on executive communication, customer relationship ownership, and leading the migration and change-management effort as members move onto the new platform. You will operate above the day-to-day: dedicated Delivery Managers and Program Managers run project and program execution, while you focus on customer outcomes, the migration journey, adoption, and keeping executives confident and well-informed. You are the trusted delivery-side partner to the customer, and the connective tissue between program execution and the value the customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

\n

● Own customer success for the Gen3 program — serve as the primary delivery-side relationship owner for stakeholders, ensuring the program delivers outcomes the customer values and experiences as success.

\n

● Lead executive communication — own SteerCo-grade status, risk, and asks for executives and program leadership; translate delivery reality into a clear, honest executive narrative.

\n

● Own the migration and cutover journey end to end — customer and tenant migration, data-migration coordination, cohort cutover planning, and go-live readiness — including the customer-facing side, not just the technical data move.

\n

● Lead change management and adoption — enablement and training coordination, migration guides, communications, and managing the human transition for clinics and members moving onto Gen3.

\n

● Manage customer expectations and escalations — be the calm, credible point of contact when timelines, scope, or readiness are under pressure.

\n

● Partner with product, architects and program managers to keep the roadmap and commitments aligned to customer value and go-live milestones.

\n

● Track program health at the outcome level — Beta / GA readiness, migration readiness, and customer confidence — using leading indicators rather than lagging status.

\n

● Own program-level RAID for customer-impacting risks and dependencies; drive them to closure with options, not just problems.

\n

Required Qualifications:

\n

● 10+ years in technical program management, delivery leadership, or customer-success / engagement leadership on complex enterprise software programs, with significant client-facing responsibility.

\n

● Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management — a proven ability to be a trusted advisor to C-level customer executives.

\n

● Demonstrated ownership of large-scale customer migrations, platform cutovers, or go-lives, and the associated change management and adoption.

\n

● Strong technical fluency — distributed systems, APIs, cloud, and data / integration — enough to be credible with architects and to reason about migration and readiness (not to run engineering day to day).

\n

● Experience operating in a layered delivery organization — working through Delivery and Program Managers rather than running execution yourself.

\n

● Program runs an AI-native delivery model (AI-DLC), so adaptability and comfort in a non-standard delivery environment matter more than formal Scrum / SAFe experience.

\n

● Composure and credibility under aggressive timelines and high-stakes delivery.

\n

Preferred Qualifications:

\n

● Familiarity with AI-assisted / agentic delivery approaches. Prior AI-DLC experience is a strong plus.

\n

● Healthcare / EMR / digital-health domain experience; familiarity with FHIR and revenue cycle management (RCM).

\n

● Experience with data migration and large-scale tenant / cohort cutovers.

\n

● Change-management credentials or a strong track record leading adoption at scale.

\n

GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in USA is 160 to 180K, and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate and the amount offered may be higher or lower.
