We offercompetitivepay and bonus package that includes: Starting compensation of $54,100 during training ($26.01/hr.) plus anannual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings Potential to increase their total compensation to $61,700within their 1st year upon obtaining the required licensing and achieving performance-based pay increases: $56,100 base($26.98/hr.) 10% bonus opportunity depending on individual/corporate performance Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts include up to 20%additionalcompensation, dependent on shift.
