Inside Sales Agent - Fully Remote

You’ll manage the full sales cycle over the phone and in person, working hot leads provided by Smpl. With preset appointments and sub-10-minute closes possible, your focus is on conversion and follow-through. Key Responsibilities: Consistently close leads and complete paperwork Follow up diligently on every submission Use CRM to track activity and meet monthly quotas Required Qualifications: Phone sales experience REQUIRED B2B or Merchant Services experience preferred (all sales backgrounds considered) Strong communication, closing skills, and confidence Preferred Traits: Self-motivated, competitive, results-driven Compensation & Benefits: Commission-only structure Residual income from every sale Up-front closing bonuses + lifetime passive residual income Preset appointments provided No cap on commissions + best-in-class training Realistic Earnings: Commission- based structure Average: $60k-$100k annually Top performers: $200k+ annually We provide quality leads.
