Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for seniors, identifying individual care needs and developing personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focused on emotional health, processing life changes, and addressing age-related challenges.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams, including doctors, nurses, and social workers, to design and implement holistic care strategies.

• Provide specialized grief and loss therapy to patients and their families navigating end-of-life issues, employing sensitivity and compassion.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is primarily focused on providing support to seniors, a demographic particularly vulnerable to mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and grief. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
