Occupational Therapist – Outpatient

We are seeking motivated and patient-focused Occupational Therapists (Outpatient) to join our team in Sierra Vista, AZ. The ideal candidates will work in an outpatient setting, helping patients improve functional abilities, regain independence, and enhance overall quality of life through personalized therapy programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized outpatient therapy plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, coordination, and daily living skills
• Assist patients recovering from injury, illness, or chronic conditions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care

Must-Have Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Arizona
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Nice-To-Have Qualifications

• Experience in Outpatient, Rehabilitation, or Acute Care settings

Education & Certification

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (required)
• Active Arizona OT License
