We are seeking a Projects Specialist  to join our Housekeeping  team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five Star resort. 

Role Summary:

The Special Projects Houseperson will clean and maintain all corridors, vending areas, elevators and landings, and service areas on guest room floors, ensuring hotel's standards of cleanliness. This role will also be responsible for providing linen supplies for Room Attendants, stocking floor closets, and delivering and retrieving items requested by guests and Floor Supervisor. 

We have a Full-Time position available.

This role is a flexible position ( A.M./P.M. ), and all candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights.

Essential Qualifications:

• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with guests, management and co-workers to ensure mutual understanding. 
• Previous experience in cleaning public buildings.
• Ability to utilize a device as a means of tracking daily progress/work
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.

Essential Skills:

• Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness, and work with a minimum of supervision.
• Ability to exert physical effort in transporting linen and supplies to guest room floors, from Housekeeping and using floor cleaning equipment.
• Ability to maintain storage area clean and organized, supplies never run to depletion, must have a par level at all times.
• Maintain a linen par level.
