We are seeking a highly experienced, AI-forward Senior Software Engineer to help modernize not only applications, but the way software engineering is practiced across the organization.

This position is designed for a hands-on senior developer who can move comfortably through large, polyglot applications, contribute across the full technology stack, and help engineering teams adopt modern cloud-native and AI-assisted development practices.

The ideal candidate brings deep Java/Spring Boot experience, front-end capability with Vue.js, strong cloud-native engineering fundamentals, and genuine curiosity about how AI is transforming software delivery.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain cloud-native enterprise applications.

• Build backend applications and services using Java and Spring Boot.

• Contribute to modern front-end applications using Vue.js.

• Work effectively across large, existing, polyglot codebases.

• Apply AI-assisted engineering techniques throughout the development lifecycle.

• Help teams effectively adopt Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and emerging agentic development approaches.

• Evaluate AI development tools and help establish appropriate standards and guardrails.

• Use AI to accelerate codebase analysis, development, testing, debugging, documentation, refactoring, and engineering research.

• Partner with architects and engineering leaders to define architectural patterns and implementation standards.

• Champion TDD, pair programming, continuous feedback, and other Extreme Programming practices.

• Diagnose complicated production issues using logs, metrics, messaging systems, databases, and application behavior.

• Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines.

• Mentor engineers and introduce teams to improved development techniques.

• Break complex engineering problems into discrete, actionable work.

• Work collaboratively across business, architecture, development, QA, and operations teams.

• Help create a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and responsible AI adoption.
