The Restaurant General Manager will lead the daily operations of a fast-casual dining establishment, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff management, and smooth operational flow. This role involves overseeing a medium-sized team and working closely with the regional manager to meet financial and service goals without the need for late-night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team of 20-50 employees
• Deliver outstanding customer service standards
• Control inventory to maintain stock levels and reduce waste
• Create and maintain employee schedules
• Oversee financial management including budgeting and cost control
• Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely supplies
• Develop and conduct training programs for staff
• Kitchen experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
