Receptionist / Shipping Clerk(ID #498251)

Now Hiring: Receptionist / Shipping Clerk

We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist / Shipping Clerk to join our team in the Indio area. This role combines front office responsibilities with shipping and logistics support, making it ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Reception Duties:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence

Shipping Clerk Duties:

  • Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments
  • Coordinate pickups with carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • Maintain shipping records and tracking information
  • Verify incoming shipments and assist with inventory control
  • Ensure accuracy in orders and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in receptionist, administrative, or shipping roles preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Work Environment:

  • Office and warehouse setting
  • May require standing, lifting, and light physical work (up to 25 lbs)
