Job Details Job Location: Honda of Sumner (HOFS) - Sumner, WA 98390. Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 Commission/year. Service Advisor – Join the Team at Rairdon’s Honda of Sumner! Compensation Full‑time total annual compensation between $50,000.00 - $150,000.00; including monthly 6% commissions of individual gross profit on service, detail, and parts in accordance with the terms of pay plan; additional monthly 2% commission of individual gross profit on service and parts if the dealership’s monthly customer satisfaction scores exceed the national average in accordance with terms of pay plan.
