Automotive Service Advisor

We are looking for a proficient, friendly service advisor to join our automotive team. You will act as the point of contact for our automotive customers, initially greeting them, explaining our services, and collecting payment. The ideal candidate will possess a compassionate and patient attitude, while having the ability to build customer rapport and customer satisfaction. High school diploma or equivalent. Able to keyboard 40+ words per minute. Possess computer skills and ability to adapt to company systems including email, social media, scanning and attaching photos. Able to operate photocopiers, calculators, and related business equipment. Possess a valid state driver's license. Professional appearance and work ethic. Able to work 9-10 hours/day. Able to lift 40 pounds. Strong organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills. Possess a basic understanding of the mechanical functions of an automobile. Ability to speak tactfully under pressure. Ability to make decisions and solve problems. Possess good verbal and written communication skills. Possess good telephone skills and voice.
