Project Expeditor

We are seeking a Project Expeditor to coordinate and track materials, equipment, documents, and vendor deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule. Key Responsibilities: Track purchase orders, materials, equipment, and supplier deliveries. Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, subcontractors, procurement, engineering, and logistics teams. Monitor production and shipment schedules and identify potential delays. Expedite technical documents, vendor drawings, inspection reports, and shipping documents. Maintain expediting reports and tracking logs using ERP/project management systems. Provide regular project status updates and coordinate corrective actions to prevent schedule impacts. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related field. 2–5+ years of experience in project expediting, procurement, supply chain, or project coordination. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite. Strong communication, organization, vendor management, and problem-solving skills. Construction, engineering, manufacturing, or energy industry experience preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
