Desirable Qualifications Experience with information technology (IT) best practices for Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases (application analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, and documentation) used in the delivery of IT systems. Experience of system development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Iterative, Hybrid). Experience with Testing in the SDLC - System Testing, Regression Testing, Requirements Traceability; and experience writing user stories, test scripts and executing using Testing Tools Experience in solution design and architecture. Experience producing technical documentation, such as diagrams, technical requirements documents, systems architecture and interfaces, data model diagrams, configuration management documents, etc. Familiarity with California Health and Human Services Agency, and/or Department of Health Care Services.
