Business Development Manager - Auto Care, Major Accounts

Grow Major Account and Auto Care sales Communicate and execute strategic initiatives, program adoption, sales promotions, and program training Achieve assigned territory sales quota and yearly targets Present and sell NAPA Major Account programs to Major Accounts Present and sell Auto Care program membership to prospects Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and Auto Care HQ team to drive program adoption and execution Ensure Major Accounts are properly set up in RAM and maintain member access to Auto Care and NAPA Connect sites Coordinate Major Account customer registrations with the Commercial Operations Team Review monthly Auto Care initiatives with the sales team Host territory meetings and train local sales teams on program adoption and utilization Provide customer service and communication to Major Accounts and Auto Cares Execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales plans and strategic initiatives Conduct account reviews and report key progress indicators to management Assist local BDGs with meeting management and consumer marketing Attend, organize, and manage events and trade shows Conduct QBRs with the top 10 Major Accounts in assigned territories Drive AAA AAR/COR dual enrollments and NAPA Auto Care program growth Requirements 3-5 years of previous selling and account management experience Solid record of success developing new business while maintaining and growing existing business Valid driver's license Ability to travel within assigned territory, including long-distance driving, multiple daily sales calls, and overnight stays as required Proficient with Qlik, Power BI, MS Office, and CRM applications Sales acumen and ability to apply sales principles, techniques, and processes Strong customer communication and relationship-building abilities Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced sales environment Results orientation and financial acumen, including structuring deals to meet sales and profit objectives Deep understanding of product specifications, features, benefits, and brand differentiators Comfortable using CRM systems, inventory management software, and other sales tools Ability to operate a company vehicle safely and effectively in varied conditions Ability to frequently attend events after hours and/or on weekends Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds Travel requirements upwards of 50% at any given time Bachelor's Degree or equivalent sales/marketing experience (preferred) Core Competencies Demonstrates strong sales acumen and account management skills, with a proven track record in developing new business and maintaining existing accounts.
