What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and delivering a compelling schedule of virtual and field events aligned to regional sales and marketing goals
• Creating end-to-end event experiences — from content and engagement to communications, swag, logistics, and on-site execution
• Partnering with internal teams, vendors, and sponsors to bring events to life seamlessly
• Hosting and presenting at events with confidence and enthusiasm, showcasing Pax8 and its solutions
• Researching new event opportunities and communities to expand Pax8's market presence
• Continuously improving through learning, feedback, and hands-on development opportunities

Your Impact

Your work will directly influence partner engagement, pipeline growth, and Pax8's brand presence. By delivering exceptional events, you'll help partners see the unique value of Pax8 and strengthen long-term relationships across the region.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience coordinating and delivering high-quality events across virtual and live formats
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills in fast-moving environments
• Confidence using Microsoft tools, with the ability to build polished presentations and materials
• Comfort with webinar and event platforms such as Teams Live, Zoom, or similar technologies
• Clear, engaging communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset

Compensation Range: $63,000–$90,000 (or more depending on experience)

Background Checks
