Digital Communications Manager

To support a growing climate action movement, the full-time Digital Communications Manager will design and implement messaging across social media, email, and the website while collaborating with a team to engage audiences and promote Dayenu's initiatives remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and execute creative social media strategies to engage and grow audiences across digital platforms Manage email communications and the CRM database, ensuring effective outreach and engagement Serve as the primary graphic designer, producing visual content that aligns with branding guidelines and campaign needs Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in digital campaigning, marketing, graphic design, or digital content creation Proficiency with social media platforms and experience in managing digital content Familiarity with CRMs and advocacy tools, including EveryAction Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS and experience with website maintenance, preferably using WordPress Strong graphic design skills, with knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva preferred
