Qualifications & Experience:
- Current SLP licensure in the state.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience providing SLP services in K-12 settings.
- Skilled in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering therapeutic interventions.
- Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across grade levels.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on each student’s unique needs.
- Deliver therapy sessions both on-site and via secure teletherapy platforms.
- Maintain detailed progress notes, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Consult regularly with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
- Contribute to IEP meetings and provide training or resources to school staff as needed.
