Finance Manager – High Volume Toyota DealershipToyota of Fort Walton Beach If you're average, this isn't the job for you.We're looking for a proven, high-performing Finance Manager who knows how to maximize profitability, protect compliance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. If you've built a reputation for producing elite numbers while maintaining integrity, we want to talk.Don't have F&I experience yet?If you're the top producer on your sales floor month after month , have leadership qualities, and are ready to take the next step in your automotive career, we're willing to invest in the right person. We can teach F&I. We can't teach drive, accountability, or the hunger to win. What We're Looking For:
- Proven success as an Automotive Finance Manager OR
- Consistent top-performing Sales Consultant ready to move into management
- Strong closing and relationship-building skills
- High integrity and commitment to compliance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Team-first mentality with a competitive edge
Responsibilities:
- Structure and secure financing for customers
- Present and sell finance, warranty, and protection products
- Maximize profitability while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and lender regulations
- Build strong relationships with lenders and dealership staff
- Deliver a seamless customer experience from delivery to funding
