What You'll Be Doing

You'll have the opportunity to contribute across many aspects of marketing, including:

• Email marketing
• Social media management and content creation
• Website updates and ongoing improvements
• Product launches
• Marketing campaigns
• Digital advertising coordination
• Promotional materials and marketing collateral
• Working with outside marketing agencies
• Supporting both business-to-business and direct customer marketing initiatives
• Tracking marketing performance and helping improve future campaigns

We're Looking For Someone Who

✔ Has approximately three or more years of professional marketing experience

✔ Enjoys working across multiple areas of marketing rather than specializing in only one

✔ Is organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities

✔ Communicates well with a variety of people and departments

✔ Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems independently

✔ Wants a position where they can make a meaningful contribution

Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, agriculture, construction, equipment, distribution, or other B2B product environments would be helpful, but it's not required.

Compensation

$65,000–$75,000 base salary

Flexibility may exist for an exceptional candidate.

Work Environment

Lincoln, Nebraska

The position is fully onsite during the first year to provide the opportunity to learn the products, customers, and business.

After approximately one year, there may be the opportunity for a partial hybrid schedule if it's working well for both you and the company.
