Job Title: Marketing and Outreach Coordinator

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer

Location: Lincoln, NE

Position Summary:

The Marketing and Outreach Coordinator supports the Chief Operating Officer in developing and executing strategic marketing and outreach initiatives designed to strengthen A Blessing of Hope, LLCs partnerships with referral sources, caseworkers, and community agencies.

This position focuses primarily on external marketing, relationship-building, and campaign coordination to increase program visibility, generate referrals, and promote the organizations services. Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, the Marketing and Outreach Coordinator leads targeted campaigns, manages promotional content, and represents the organization professionally in community and agency settings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Referral Source and Community Outreach

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with caseworkers, community partners, and agencies that refer families to A Blessing of Hope, LLC.

• Conduct regular outreach through scheduled visits, email campaigns, and informational materials to promote services such as Family Support, Intensive Family Preservation and Reunification, Supervised Visitation, and Individual Therapy Services.

• Represent the organization at agency meetings, community events, and networking functions as assigned.

• Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, contacts, and follow-up actions to support data tracking and marketing effectiveness.

Marketing Campaign Development and Execution

• Work under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer to plan, design, and implement targeted marketing campaigns that drive referrals and awareness of company programs.

• Create professional materials including flyers, digital ads, newsletters, and promotional content to communicate the companys mission and services.

• Coordinate with leadership to ensure campaign messaging aligns with organizational goals, brand standards, and compliance requirements.

• Monitor and report on campaign results, including engagement metrics, referral trends, and partnership feedback.

Brand Representation and Communication

• Serve as a professional ambassador of A Blessing of Hope, LLC in all external communications and interactions.

• Maintain consistent messaging, tone, and brand identity across all marketing materials and outreach efforts.

• Support public relations and community engagement efforts designed to enhance the organizations visibility and reputation.

Digital Marketing and Social Media

• Manage social media presence in coordination with the Chief Operating Officer to promote services, share success stories, and highlight company culture.

• Create and schedule posts that target caseworkers, referral agencies, and community partners.

• Track social media engagement and recommend improvements for reach and effectiveness.

Event Coordination and Promotion

• Assist with planning and promoting company events such as the Day of Growth and Giving, community appreciation events, and informational sessions.

• Coordinate event materials, displays, and presentations that reflect the companys brand and professional standards.

Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

• One to three years of experience in marketing, outreach, or community engagement, preferably within human services or nonprofit environments.

• Demonstrated skill in relationship-building and external communications.

• Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media management platforms.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to accuracy and detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under direction and supervision.

Working Conditions:

This position operates in a professional office environment with regular travel to community agencies and partner locations. This role will be considered a hybrid position, with at least 2 in-office days per week.
