Overview
We are hiring motivated sales professionals to work directly with business owners and decision-makers to improve their connectivity and communication solutions. This role focuses on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored wireless and internet solutions that help businesses operate more efficiently.

Compensation
Estimated total annual earnings for fully ramped representatives typically range from $45,000 – $85,000+ .
This position offers uncapped commission . Actual earnings may vary based on experience, performance, and other factors.

What You’ll Do

Connect with business owners and decision-makers to introduce telecommunications services
Identify customer needs and recommend wireless, internet, and bundled solutions
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Generate new business through outreach and networking
Track activity and maintain accurate sales records
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals

What We’re Looking For

Sales, customer service, or client-facing experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable working independently in a performance-driven environment
Ability to learn and present technology solutions effectively
Reliable transportation for local travel

Work Environment

Field-based role working within the Chicago market
Independent schedule with a mix of in-person meetings and prospecting
