Compensation
Estimated total annual earnings for fully ramped representatives typically range from $45,000 – $85,000+ .
This position offers uncapped commission . Actual earnings may vary based on experience, performance, and other factors.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with business owners and decision-makers to introduce telecommunications services
• Identify customer needs and recommend wireless, internet, and bundled solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Generate new business through outreach and networking
• Track activity and maintain accurate sales records
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals

What We’re Looking For

• Sales, customer service, or client-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working independently in a performance-driven environment
• Ability to learn and present technology solutions effectively
• Reliable transportation for local travel

Work Environment

• Field-based role working within the Chicago market
• Independent schedule with a mix of in-person meetings and prospecting
