About the Facility:

• Very busy Office. They have 4 Physicians, and each physician has an MA tied to them.
• There are always least 2 Physicians in the office.

Shift: Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with 30-minute lunch
Friday - 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.



Start Date: As soon as cleared



Pay: $21-24 DOE ($24 has to have 5+ years of recent OBGYN experience). Please note you can pay $1-$2 over since they do not receive benefits. PLEASE DO NOT BLAST THIS JOB AT $26/hr. Manager determines the rate so do not guarantee any rate, please.



Interview Process: Onsite interviews with Natasha (Office manager) and Physician (Dr.



Job Duties:

• Back office duties such as prepping and cleaning rooms, stocking rooms, triaging, taking and recording patient vitals, documenting medical history and chief complaints, blood draws, assisting with procedures
• When helping up front - check out, patient registration, insurance verification, schedule outpatient procedures, assisting patients with questions
• Work is high-volume, no downtime; strong multitasking required

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED Required
• 1+ years of experience as an MA within a an OBGYN clinic setting experienced in front and back desk duties
• EMR Experience: eClinicalWorks (experience preferred but any EMR acceptable)

Preferred:

• Bilingual Eng/Span

Dress: Black Scrubs, no prints.
