About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead marketing across a diverse, multi-brand home services portfolio. The role will develop and execute a dual-funnel strategy that attracts franchise buyers and generates cost-efficient homeowner leads, while connecting marketing investment to territory-level bookings and franchisee performance. Responsibilities include setting portfolio and brand strategies, overseeing performance marketing, attribution, analytics, creative direction, and agency partnerships, and using technology and emerging tools to improve results. The VP will also manage marketing budgets and brand funds with transparency, build and develop a high-performing team, and align marketing priorities with operational and franchise leadership. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred but not required. They should bring at least 10 years of progressive marketing experience, including six or more years in leadership, with a record of managing teams, agencies, and substantial budgets across multiple brands or business units. Expertise in both brand and performance marketing, full-funnel analytics, digital advertising, marketing automation, and ROI measurement is essential. Experience in franchise, multi-location, or distributed marketing is strongly preferred, along with strong financial fluency, cross-functional leadership, and board-level communication skills. Familiarity with field-service platforms and experience presenting to investors are advantageous.
