About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales and Marketing to join their executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and customer support staff, with a focus on establishing and achieving organic sales growth and profitability targets. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive sales through the development and execution of focused strategies, leveraging market segmentation, CRM systems, and strategic partnerships. The VP will also be tasked with creating and managing sales and pricing strategies, monitoring industry and competitor activities, and ensuring the sales organization is aligned with the company's overall goals. Candidates for the Vice President of Sales and Marketing position at the company should have a proven track record in B2B sales management, with a preference for those experienced in nonwovens or related engineered materials. The role demands a leader with at least 5 years of experience in sales leadership, change management, and a strong executive presence. The ideal candidate will be a creative, out-of-the-box thinker, self-motivated, and capable of leading a high-performing team. Personal qualifications include strong leadership skills, the ability to gain credibility with stakeholders, and a long-range view in goal setting. A background in industries such as building materials, automotive, packaging, medical, filtration, consumer, and industrial is also preferred.
