About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales and Marketing to serve as a senior growth leader, with a primary focus on developing and executing strategic initiatives that enhance the company's presence and performance in the post-acute care market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth across various service lines, including home health, hospice, and skilled nursing, and must have a proven track record in multi-site healthcare growth. The role also involves leading cross-functional initiatives, utilizing CRM systems and market analytics, and developing high-performing sales and business development teams. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales and Marketing position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and have a minimum of 12 years' of progressive healthcare sales or business development experience.
