On-Site Front Desk Coordinator — Portland Office

RVK, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator for our Portland office. This role involves managing reception tasks, greeting visitors, answering calls, and maintaining office decor. Applicants must demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills and be able to work core hours from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Prior front office experience is preferred but not necessary.
