Responsibilities Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge Support children’s individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth Qualifications Strong classroom management and communication skills Passion for nurturing and educating young children Experience in early childhood education and preschool settings preferred If you’re looking for more than a daycare and you're passionate about providing the highest quality education and care to help children develop and learn during their first five years, consider a career with us!
