Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee nursing operations for a beautiful long term care facility
- Mentor and manage a fully staffed clinical team
- Focus on maintaining a high level of care and quality metrics
What are we looking for?
- 2+ years of DON or ADON experience in a long term care or skilled nursing setting
- Active RN license from any state in the US
- A passion for senior care
