About the Role:

Are you a highly competitive individual looking to launch a rewarding career in Sales & Leadership ? This role is designed to give motivated, driven professionals a clear path to progress into a Account Manager position. You’ll gain hands-on client engagement, sales and leadership experience. This position will have training and requires no experience previously in sales.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with clients and contractors to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Develop leadership skills and begin mentoring junior team members.
• Become an expert in manufacturing consulting.
• Build strong, lasting client relationships through effective communication.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field by December 2026.
• Strong communication and leadership aptitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $50,000 base salary with quarterly/yearly bonuses and weekly commissions .
