Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to NICU patients utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policies.
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgement, and leadership in planning safe delivery of care.
• Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education.
• Delegate patient care priorities appropriate to the education and experience of available staff.
• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
• Accountable for shift work, ensuring all responsibilities are met efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required.
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred.
• Must hold BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and STABLE certifications.
• Proficiency with ventilators essential.
• Ability to work nights and wear Navy scrubs.
• Knowledge of PWP facilities is beneficial.
