Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care during antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum phases in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and scientific judgment in planning for the safe delivery of patient care.
• Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.
• Delegate patient care priorities based on the education and experience of available staff.
• Provide direction and supervision to the assigned personnel in delivering patient care.
• Adhere to all guidelines in a PWP facility for timely payment processing.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Texas.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE, and Fetal Monitoring certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery; travel experience required.
• Proficient in using the Navy scrubs standard.
• Capability to demonstrate leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining patient care standards and quality service delivery.
