Aromar Company Brands is hiring an Account Manager to manage existing accounts and generate new business through outbound calls and relationship-building. We are a growing company expanding across retail and distribution. We move quickly, value strong relationships and will give you the the opportunity to take ownership and make a real impact.
What you'll do:
- Make outbound calls to generate orders and new opportunities
- Manage and grow customer accounts
- Build a consistent sales pipeline
What you need:
- Sales or customer-facing experience
- Confidence on the phone
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to close
