Job Title: Furnace Operator - 1st Shift (Temporary/Contract)

Pay: $16.50/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Classification: Temporary/Contract

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals for a 1st Shift Furnace Operator opportunity. This position is ideal for candidates looking to gain manufacturing experience in a production environment while contributing to daily operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machines and equipment on a production line
Monitor production processes to ensure smooth operation
Follow work instructions and safety procedures
Maintain production standards and quality expectations
Keep work areas clean and organized
Assist with additional production-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
Willingness to learn and adapt to production needs

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform production-related duties throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Ability to safely operate machinery and follow plant procedures
