Production Associate Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $17.50 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm )
As a Production Associate, you will be tasked in the final assembly of small to medium tractors and or small off-road vehicles depending on which department you are in. You are assigned to a assembly cell where you will putting your mechanical skills to the test using hand and power tools to complete the final assemblies following customer specifications.
- Assemble parts with hand tools and DC nut runners
- Conduct quality control checks
- Maintain inventory checks, oversee and gather parts
- Resolve assembly problems by changing dimensions to meet specifications
- Document actions by filling out product and quality forms
Production Associate Qualifications:
- Mechanically inclined
- Follow Blueprints and Customer Specs
- Previous hands on mechanical and assembly experience preferred
- Lifting up to 50lbs
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
