Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, fostering rapport and establishing positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, discuss any changes in mental health status, and plan for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor customized treatment plans that prioritize the client’s individual needs and therapeutic goals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress notes to support ongoing treatment quality.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand new clients' mental health backgrounds and establish initial treatment paths.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques that suit the client's condition.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to enhance professional growth and ensure the highest standards of care are upheld.

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, and stress. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.

• A current state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
