Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,788 per week

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Colton, California, starting 07/13/2026. The position requires 40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts, and travel employment. The assignment will be for a Joint Commission‑certified healthcare facility. Duties & Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, including direct patient care, functional evaluation, and determination of rehabilitation potential. Develop and implement a treatment program with specific goals aligned to the patient’s capacity and physician direction. Set realistic, achievable goals, document patient conditions, and educate patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop a plan of care for each patient and provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assess patient needs, evaluate and modify care to achieve physical therapy goals. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Requirements Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification. Graduated from an accredited school. Minimum one year of professional experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or actively pursuing licensure. Current CPR certification. Additional requirements as determined by the client facility.
