Job Description

Registered Nurse - PACU | Full Time | New grads are welcome!
Schedule: 3x12s

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, patient-centered care for patients with complex needs
Assess patient needs, identify outcomes, and revise care plans as needed
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
Perform point-of-care testing and follow established standards and policies
Prioritize and organize care; utilize resources for complex situations

Requirements:

1+ year of nursing experience in related/ Similar unit
Nursing Diploma OR ADN/ASN from an accredited school of Nursing
BSN or MSN preferred
Active RN License – North Carolina
BLS (AHA or ARC)

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $33.00 – $54.45/hr
Shift Differentials: Evening, Night, Weekend, Holiday, Specialty (stackable)
Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000
Pay-in-Lieu-of-Benefits (PLB): Up to 30% additional pay
Retention Incentives: Up to $40,000 based on commitment and shift
