The Opportunity
As the Administrator, you will serve as the leader of your facility, overseeing all aspects of operations, including:
- Clinical quality and regulatory compliance
- Financial performance and budget management
- Team development, recruitment, and retention
- Resident and family satisfaction

- Building a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassion
The ideal candidate:
- Holds a current Nursing Home Administrator license (or is eligible for licensure in Iowa)
- Has experience leading skilled nursing or long-term care operations
- Demonstrates strong financial and operational acumen
- Is passionate about developing people and creating high-performing teams
- Believes in recruiting, retaining, and investing in in-house staff to provide the best possible care
- Leads with integrity, accountability, and a resident-centered approach
