The Front Desk Sales and Service Representative plays a vital role as the first point of contact in a small team environment, providing exceptional customer service and supporting sales activities. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this position handles a variety of tasks from transaction processing to appointment scheduling, ensuring smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction without the need for travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and support
• Assist with sales activities and promote products
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems
• Schedule appointments efficiently
• Handle phone calls and provide accurate information
• Resolve customer complaints professionally
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
• Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Perform light cleaning duties as needed
• Manage money handling with attention to detail

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales and customer service
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and sales techniques
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Problem-solving skills and teamwork orientation
