Group Coordinator Lead

Position Information First Shift Core. Group Lead Coordinator Shift: 8a-430p, Monday to Friday Pay: $23.50 Per Hour Core Responsibilities Lead and support site in the execution of training and development programs. Design, develop, and deliver engaging classroom and operational training presentations. Maintain training programs for WMS‑related processes and warehouse operations. Train on site Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and customer‑facing process documentation. Prepare detailed work instructions for operational functions and system processes. Conduct new‑hire training, onboarding, and cross‑training for associates and temporary staff. Evaluate training effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Partner with operations leadership to ensure employees are trained on safety, quality, and productivity standards. Serve as a subject matter expert on warehouse processes, MHE operations, and WMS functionality. Provide ongoing coaching and support to associates to improve performance and operational compliance. Assist leadership with special projects and additional operational responsibilities as assigned. Role Purpose Responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates and monitoring associate progress for the work group they are directing. Provides day‑to‑day direction and guidance to work group. Responsible for daily workloads. Key Accountabilities Conduct training for new associates. Maintain legible and accurate records or logs. Review documents prepared by members of the work group for accuracy and legibility. Monitor performance of associates within the work group. Open and/or close and secure the building as directed. Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self‑corrected. Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates. Qualifications In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: A minimum of 6 months’ experience operating stand‑up material handling equipment is required. Experience operating other material handling equipment such as Order (Cherry) Picker, Sit‑down, Clamp, Electric Pallet Jack is also a plus. The role reports directly to the Supervisor and will be responsible for training associates, monitoring production, giving constructive feedback to the associates, providing training to new associates, and assisting the Supervisor to ensure highest customer standards.
