Quality Assurance Specialist

QA LeadPosition Summary: The QA Lead will plan, coordinate, govern, and report the end-to-end testing effort for enterprise applications and integrations. The role must bridge business requirements and technical validation, supervise other testers, ensure measurable requirements traceability, and provide management with clear release-readiness information. The QA Lead must also be capable of reviewing and writing automation code when needed.Core Responsibilities:Skill - Required /Desired - Amount - of ExperienceQA/testing experience in enterprise software environments - Required - 7 YearsQA Lead, Test Lead, or senior QA role with formal leadership responsibility. - Required - 2 YearsExtensive hands-on Playwright or Selenium automation experience; Playwright + TypeScript strongly preferred - Required - 0Strong BRD/FR analysis, RTM design, requirements traceability, and coverage-management experience. - Required - 0Strong API testing and SQL/database validation experience. - Required - 0Experience supervising testers, reviewing test artifacts, leading defect triage, and reporting to management. - Required - 0Experience with Git, code review, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices. - Required - 0Playwright + TypeScript framework design and migration experience from Selenium. - Highly desired - 0Experience creating reusable fixtures, APIes, Page Objects, API clients, test-data factories, and custom reporting.EE - Highly desired - 0Performance-testing exposure and ability to coordinate specialized performance or security testing. - Highly desired - 0Experience with parallel execution and worker-safe test design. - Highly desired - 0Experience combining UI, API, and database validation in a single business workflow. - Highly desired - 0Docker/container familiarity, performance-testing exposure, or accessibility-testing exposure. - Highly desired - 0
