Community Manager – Westview Heights Apartments Portland, OR MG Properties, with over 30 years of experience in the acquisition, development, rehabilitation, and management of apartment communities across the Western United States, is seeking an experienced Community Manager for Westview Heights Apartments. Responsibilities Build and lead a high‑performing team. Train staff and oversee daily operations. Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents. Develop and manage the property budget. Ensure the property meets quality and compliance standards. Monitor and improve resident satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Recent experience managing a fast‑paced apartment community. Strong supervisory and management experience. Proven team‑building and staff‑management skills. Operations experience, including marketing, budgeting, and sales. Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. Consent to audio recordings during the performance of duties.
