Tech - Nuclear Medicine

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Perform a variety of nuclear medicine procedures including MPI Stress Tests, Bone Scans, HIDA, Brain Deaths, Renal, Parathyroid, and Lung Perfusions.
  
  
• 
  Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment such as GE Discovery NM 630 and GE Case Machine.
  
  
• 
  Ensure proper patient positioning, preparation, and safety protocols are followed during procedures.
  
  
• 
  Maintain accurate documentation within EMR systems, including Meditech and Merge.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to all unit policies and guidelines regarding safety, confidentiality, and operational procedures.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Possess CNMT and/or ARRT (NM) certification.
  
  
• 
  Hold current BLS certification.
  
  
• 
  TMB license or registration preferred.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years hospital experience preferred.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit excellent time management, reliability, and troubleshooting skills.
  
  
• 
  Able to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.
