Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage marketing automation workflows in GoHighLevel. Build and optimize funnels, landing pages, and lead generation strategies . Analyze campaign data to improve performance, engagement, and ROI . Train and support team members in leveraging GoHighLevel effectively. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, social, and more). Stay ahead of platform updates and digital marketing trends to apply best practices. Document processes and maintain organized workflows within the platform. Qualifications Experience working with the GoHighLevel platform (non-negotiable). Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM pipelines, and lead funnel processes . Hands-on skills in email marketing, SMS campaigns, and conversion optimization . Exceptional analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline (preferred, not required).
