A leading South Florida builder is hiring a Senior Superintendent for high-rise concrete work in the Miami core, and the reason to look at it is the job above it. Their General Superintendent role is the next step for whoever takes this one. That is the plan going in, not a someday. You would run cast-in-place structure through owner turnover: post-tension decks, table-form cycles, pour sequencing, tower crane logistics, Miami-Dade inspections, and the finish standard this tier of buyer expects. Several projects at once, with the owner in the room and the trades looking to you. Spanish on site is how the work actually runs here, so you need it. We are looking for someone who has run cast-in-place towers in South Florida and is ready for more scope rather than more of the same. If you have carried the shell for a concrete contractor and want the whole job on the general contractor side, that is a conversation worth having too. Confidential search.
