Senior Superintendent – High-Rise Construction (Miami)
Join one of the nation's leading general contractors—an ENR Top 400 firm with over $1B in annual volume, consistently recognized among the top builders in multi-unit residential and hospitality. For four generations, we've been shaping Miami's skyline with landmark projects built on quality, safety, and long-term partnerships.
We're seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead iconic high-rise projects in Miami. You'll oversee all field operations, ensure top safety and quality standards, and drive successful delivery on complex vertical developments.
Key Responsibilities
Direct all on-site construction activities from start to completion.
Manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
Serve as the primary liaison with clients, architects, and engineers.
Anticipate challenges and implement proactive solutions.
Monitor productivity and costs to meet financial targets.
Qualifications
15+ years in construction leadership on high-rise, multifamily, or hospitality projects.
Proven track record delivering complex, large-scale towers.
Expertise in sequencing, safety, and vertical construction methods.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
