A leading South Florida builder is hiring a General Superintendent for luxury residential tower work — Brickell/Edgewater-corridor product, cast-in-place structure through owner-turnover finishes. You'll run the field end to end: structure cycles, envelope, MEP coordination, Miami-Dade inspections, and the finish standards this tier of buyer expects. We're looking for someone who's taken high-rise residential from dirt to TCO more than once, runs subs firm and fair, and can stand in front of a developer without flinching.
