A growing primary care organization in Richmond, Virginia, is seeking a BC/BE Geriatrician to provide comprehensive care to a local Medicare patient population.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time primary care opportunity
• Provide comprehensive care to Medicare patients

• Practice from a single medical center supported by a large care team
• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in an outpatient setting
• Prescribe medications and manage ongoing treatment plans
• Collaborate with regional and clinical leadership to achieve quality goals
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary care team focused on patient outcomes
• Qualified candidates may be considered for a Center Medical Director role

Compensation/Benefits:

• $240K–$270K annual base salary
• Wider salary range may be available based on experience
• Quarterly quality-based bonus
