Responsibilities include manufacturing project management, material management, and planning. In this role you will partner closely with Quality, Supply Chain, Production Operations, Sustainment, Engineering, and Programs, to identify and mitigate risk, improve performance, and ensure successful program execution across the business. This position will report directly to the Manassas Production Operations Sr. Manager. The Project Engineering manager will lead both the Production Control and Manufacturing Program Manager departments with a workforce of approximately 26 employees and be responsible for the overall execution of Production Program Performance at the site.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fieldLean Manufacturing training/certifications7+ years of experience in Operations, including leading production lines and/or factoriesManufacturing project, overhead and financial managementCapture/proposal experienceDemonstrated ability to attract, motivate and retain a high-performing teamDemonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership attributesExperience effectively working with all levels of cross-functional leadershipDesired SkillsMS and/or MBACAM CertificationUndersea or Command & Control technology backgroundCultural change experienceNavy customer experiencePay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $145100.00 - $269500.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
